Digital files should be 300 dpi (dots per inch) resolution or the highest resolution you have available.

Name your file as something you will recognize  like the subjects name, Initials or pets name etc. before uploading and remember to keep the file extension!   i.e. ( Howard.jpg )

Make sure image dimensions are  3” x  5” or above

(Photo’s  1”x 1”  @ 300 dpi will not enlarge well enough to paint a 5”x”7 or larger painting!)

Note: We will contact you if your file is not the right size or resolution for conversion

Compress your image when possible as a .zip  or .sit ( stuffit ) file.
